Ask Chuck

What do furniture removal services include?

Chuck’s furniture removal services take care of everything from pickup to disposal. Whether it’s bulky couches, tables, chairs, or mattresses, our haulers will load, haul, and responsibly dispose of your items. You won’t need to lift a finger—we handle all the heavy lifting.

How much does furniture removal cost?

Pricing is instant—answer a few quick questions and see your price upfront. The cost includes a service charge (covering driving and time on-site) plus a furniture disposal fee. You can also save by adding multiple items or selecting up to four flexible pickup time slots, which helps haulers plan efficient routes.

How does the payment process work?

We charge your card upfront and hold the payment until the job is done. Once a hauler claims your job, they’ll complete the pickup, and only then is payment released. No need to handle cash—just an easy, hassle-free process.

How quickly can I get my furniture removed?

Most jobs get claimed in minutes and completed the next day. During booking, you’ll choose from three daily time slots—morning, midday, or afternoon. The closest available slot will get your furniture picked up as soon as possible.

Do I need to be there for the furniture to be removed?

For curbside pickups, you don’t need to be home. Simply leave your furniture in an accessible spot, and the hauler will handle the rest. For in-home pickups, it's best if someone is there to let the hauler in, but we’ll always work around your schedule to make it convenient.

What happens to the furniture once it’s taken away?

Once your furniture is removed, it’s the hauler’s responsibility to ensure proper disposal. Items in good condition may be donated, while others are recycled or disposed of responsibly. For specific details, you can always check with your hauler.
