We handle just about anything, from old furniture to appliances, garden waste, and general rubbish. As long as it’s non-hazardous and can be lifted by two people, Chuck’s haulers can take care of it.
Hazardous materials like chemicals, asbestos, and flammable liquids can’t be removed by Chuck. If you're unsure about an item, it’s best to ask your hauler directly.
Not necessarily! For curbside pickups, you don’t need to be there. For in-home pickups, it's helpful to be there, but we can work around your schedule.
Posting a job
Choose kerbside if you want a contactless pickup. Pick in-home if you need help getting items out of your house.

Yes, you can edit or cancel your job before a hauler is confirmed. After booking, contact the hauler directly to make changes.
We need a description of your junk, where it is, how much there is, and whether you want in-home or curbside pickup. Photos help with accurate quotes.
Making a booking
Look at their ratings, reviews, and price. Choose the hauler with the best feedback and price that works for you.
It’s rare, but if no quotes come in, you can repost the job or adjust the details. Chuck will notify nearby haulers to ensure visibility.
Yes, Chuck shows real reviews and ratings from other customers. You’ll know exactly who you’re working with before booking.
Once you post your job, haulers in your area will send quotes. You can review their profiles, ratings, and prices to pick the best offer.
Payments and pricing
Chuck handles everything online for your convenience. No need to deal with cash.
Some haulers may offer faster service without extra charges, but it depends on availability. Details are visible when haulers bid.
Payment is easy—once the job is complete, we’ll automatically bill your card for the agreed-upon amount.
Prices vary depending on the size and type of junk, as well as the hauler. You’ll receive free quotes to compare.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, we're here to help.
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled collection time, and you'll receive a full refund—no fees, no fuss.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before the collection time, you'll get 80% back, with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum charge of $100.
We charge this fee because our hauliers have already planned their routes and set aside time for your pickup, so late cancellations can impact their schedule and resources. This helps us ensure they're fairly compensated for their time and keeps our service running smoothly. We appreciate your understanding!

Cancel your booking before the hauler arrives by going to your job details and clicking 'Cancel' then follow the onscreen instructions.
Haulers
Most haulers will sweep up the area after the job. Ask your hauler for specific cleanup needs.
If your hauler can’t make it, you’ll be notified. You can reschedule or choose another hauler from the bids.
Every hauler is reviewed by real customers. Check their ratings and job history before booking.
Yes, all haulers go through a vetting process, providing identification, proof of address, and an NZBN.
